What you'll need: A completed Student Info & Waiver form signed by a parent or legal
guardian.
What to wear: Any exercise clothing that permits movement. Jeans, cut-offs, and
oversize clothes are not appropriate. No zippers please. No dresses or footed tights.
Shoes cannot be worn in the gym, and while socks are allowed, we prefer bare feet.
Jewelry and loose hair are also safety hazards, so please, no jewelry, and any hair that is
long enough should be pulled back. Chewing gum is strictly prohibited.
Should you wish to purchase a leotard, we're sure to have one you'll like in our pro-shop.
Where to find us: We're located right between Union and Washington off of
Highway 47. The Post Office and Social Security buildings are at the corner of Hwy 47
and Vondera Ave. We're right behind the Social Security building at 401 Vondera Ave.
